This 120g/m² corrugated paper machine employs double-wire forming technology and is equipped with a 3700mm wide headbox, with the pulp concentration controlled at 0.3-0.8%. The double-wire structure of this 120g/m² corrugated paper machine achieves uniform distribution and thorough dewatering of the pulp through the synergistic dewatering of the two wire sections, resulting in a dryness of 20-21% at the wire exit. With a working speed of 200m/min, a design speed of 250m/min, and a balance speed of 300m/min, the 120g/m² corrugated paper machine ensures excellent dynamic stability even at high speeds.

The press section of this 120g/m² corrugated paper machine adopts large-roll press technology, and the dryness of the paper after pressing can reach 44-45%. The drying section of this 120g/m² corrugated paper machine is equipped with a multi-cylinder drying system, and the dryness of the finished paper after drying is ≥92%. The moisture deviation of the horizontal direction is controlled within ≤±1.5%, which effectively avoids paper defects such as curling and wrinkling caused by uneven moisture.
