Designed with a machine speed of 500 m/min and a working speed of 450 m/min, this newsprint production machine achieves high-efficiency production while ensuring product quality.

This newsprint production machine, through its air-cushioned headbox for uniform sizing, thorough dewatering in the wire forming section, efficient pressing in the composite press, and scientific drying in the drying section, can produce high-quality paper with a basis weight difference of ≤±2% and a moisture difference of ≤±1.0% across the width. The newsprint production machine employs an AC variable frequency speed control drive system coupled with a comprehensive DCS/QCS control system, enabling automated operation of the entire machine and online monitoring of product quality, significantly reducing the intensity of manual operation and the risk of production fluctuations.
