3200mm High Capacity Corrugated Paper Machine

This corrugated paper machine has a net paper width of 3200 mm and a working speed of 130~180 m/min. It adopts AC variable frequency drive and has outstanding advantages such as high dewatering efficiency, low drying energy consumption, and stable and reliable operation. The corrugated paper machine’s wire part adopts a long wire structure and is equipped with high-precision dewatering elements (ceramic dewatering plates or stainless steel panels are optional), resulting in a smooth dewatering curve and high fiber retention.

This corrugated paper machine can achieve a press dryness of 38-42%, which can effectively reduce the steam consumption of subsequent drying, reducing steam consumption per ton of paper by 10%-15%. The grouped design of the drying part of this corrugated paper machine allows operators to flexibly adjust the steam pressure and the steam inlet sequence of the drying cylinder according to different basis weights and machine speeds, achieving the dual goals of energy saving and quality.
