35TPD Toilet Paper Manufacturing Machine

Leizhan’s 35tpd toilet paper machine has a net paper width of 2850mm, a basis weight of 13-25g/m², a working speed of up to 760m/min (drying cylinder), a design speed of 800m/min, and a daily production capacity of 30-35 tons. This 35tpd toilet paper machine adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation and distributed transmission, and is equipped with a large steel drying cylinder (dynamically balanced speed 1000m/min), combining high-speed operation stability with energy consumption per ton of paper.

This 35tpd toilet paper machine utilizes a crescent-former structure, where the forming wire and felt wrap around the forming rollers. The pulp is dewatered uniformly under low-pulse conditions, making it particularly suitable for ultra-low basis weight tissues of 13-25 g/m². Compared to conventional two-wire machines, this 35tpd toilet paper machine achieves higher fiber retention, smaller sheet thickness difference, and significantly improved bulk and softness. The drying cylinder weighs approximately 25 tons and employs a high-precision steel Yankee cylinder with a large diameter and hard chrome plating, ensuring high heat transfer efficiency and uniform creping.
