4400mm High-Speed ​​Corrugated Paper Machine

This corrugated paper machine features 4900mm wire width paired with 4750mm headbox lip, ensuring uniform fiber distribution. This corrugated paper machine utilizes high-quality domestic alumina ceramic dewatering elements (forming plate, dewatering plate, vacuum box), achieving efficient and uniform dewatering with a wire dryness ≥22%, laying the foundation for a good paper sheet structure.

This corrugated paper machine is equipped with φ1500mm large-diameter press rolls (each weighing approximately 28 tons), achieving linear high-pressure pressing. The dryer cylinder used in this corrugated paper machine has undergone G4-level dynamic balancing, ensuring stable operation. It is equipped with a high-efficiency sealed steam hood and heat recovery system, maximizing heat energy utilization and stably increasing the paper dryness to 92%.
