This 4400mm corrugated paper machine is suitable for the press section design of high-strength corrugated paper. Combined with large-diameter press or shoe press technology, it improves the dryness of the paper sheet exiting the press, saving subsequent drying steam consumption and effectively preserving the ring crush strength of the paper. This corrugated paper machine addresses the characteristics of shrinkage and paper breakage during recycled fiber papermaking. The drying section employs an optimized arrangement of drying cylinders and a ventilation system to ensure smooth paper movement at a design speed of 460m/min.
