Leizhan can provide different types of press rolls depending on the paper machine type, speed, paper type, and dewatering requirements. Vacuum press rolls are suitable for high-speed production lines of packaging paper, cultural paper, and specialty paper. Grooved press rolls are suitable for high-pressure production sections where paper strength is required. Blind-hole press rolls are widely used in board machines and high-basis-weight paper production lines. Sizing rolls have excellent wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and longer grinding cycles. Composite-surface vacuum press rolls can significantly improve press dryness and paper quality during production.

All Leizhan press rolls are manufactured according to ISO standards. Dynamic balancing calibration is performed according to the 1940-1:2003 international standard (it is recommended that the residual imbalance of rotating parts meet a balance grade ≥ G6.3, and for ultra-high speed rolls, not lower than G2.5 grade) to ensure low vibration and stable paper web during high-speed operation.
