Drum Screen Pulping Machine

Drum screen is suitable for the coarse or fine screening tail pulp processing section of pulp production lines to wash the tail pulp, recover pulp fibers, and discharge waste plastics.

Structural Principle

1. The cylinder is supported by a supporting wheel fixed on the frame, and the driving device drives the cylinder to rotate through a connecting belt;

2. After entering the rotating cylinder, the pulp is washed by the spray water pipe, so that the pulp fibers in the pulp are carried out by water and discharged as accept pulp through the sieve slot. The remaining materials after washing are discharged as tailings.
