The working process of the high density cleaner can be summarized into the following steps: Pulp Injection and Acceleration: The high-concentration pulp is pumped and enters the cylindrical shell at the top of the cleaner tangentially at high speed, forming a strong rotational vortex. Vortex Stratification: During rotation, heavy impurities (such as sand particles, metal chips, glass, etc.) with a density greater than that of the fibers are thrown toward the wall by centrifugal force and spiral downward along the wall surface, ultimately settling in the slag collection tank at the bottom. Accept pulp extraction: The purified, fiber-rich accept pulp forms a relatively “clean” low-pressure zone at the vortex center, which is discharged from the central outlet at the top of the cleaner and proceeds to the next processing stage.
