Leizhan Puts 400,000-Ton/Year Pulping Line into Operation

As a key paper manufacturing enterprise in the region, Henan Hongxiang Paper Industry’s 400,000-ton project has placed extremely high demands on equipment stability, energy consumption, and fiber processing effectiveness. Leizhan tailored a complete pulping technology solution based on its raw material characteristics and production processes.

The complete pulping line provided by Leizhan includes: an advanced 127m³ D-type pulper continuous pulping system (including an unattended continuous hydraulic grapple system), high-efficiency and energy-saving pressure screens, grading screens and fine screens, and precision pre-screen pressure screens, among other core equipment. A major highlight of this project is that all the pulping equipment utilizes a permanent magnet direct-drive structure.
