This 2400mm underfeed rewinder features a dynamic balance rating of 2.5G at an operating speed of 600 m/min. Equipped with support rolls (diameter: φ510 mm) that have undergone precision dynamic balancing, it ensures minimal vibration during high-speed operation, resulting in uniform tightness from the core to the outer layer and flat, neatly aligned roll ends. With a maximum capacity of φ1500 mm for both parent rolls and finished rolls, the 2400mm underfeed rewinder meets the requirements for continuously rewinding large-diameter rolls, thereby reducing the frequency of roll changes and minimizing downtime.
