The forming section design of this toilet paper machine is optimized for low basis weight paper types of 20-45 g/m², achieving efficient dewatering and good fiber retention. Both the circulating and exhaust fans of this toilet paper machine are frequency converter controlled, and the hot air system is equipped with a heat recovery device for external exhaust air, effectively reducing steam consumption.
