Leizhan’s D-type hydrapulper utilizes a new energy-saving VOKES rotor, enhancing hydraulic circulation and fiber disintegration. The off-center design of the VOKES rotor in Leizhan’s D-type hydrapulper allows for faster and more frequent contact between waste paper and the rotor. The rotor’s discharge chamber in Leizhan’s D-type hydrapulper is elevated above the lower surface of the pulper cylinder, creating a low-pressure zone around the rotor to collect heavy impurities. This reduces wear on the cutter head and screen plates, extending their service life.
The D-type hydrapulper is mainly used for pulping various pulp boards, waste paper, and damaged paper, and is suitable for processes such as waste paper pulping, deinking, and pulp purification. When the D-type hydrapulper is used in conjunction with hydrapurgers, drum screens, raggers, grapples, etc., a continuous pulping and slag removal system can be formed. Large light and heavy impurities can be discharged in a timely manner, preventing impurities from being pulped, reducing the burden on subsequent equipment, shortening downtime for cleaning, and improving the overall system’s processing capacity.
