Addressing the characteristics of high corrosion, high humidity, and continuous operation in the wet end of paper making machines, the Leizhan felt cleaning system boasts the following core advantages: 1. This felt cleaning system uses a booster pump station to pressurize treated clean water (particles <100 microns) to 20-40 bar, which is then filtered in stages and delivered to the cleaning beam. The felt cleaning system’s control cabinet automatically adjusts the reciprocating speed of the cleaning head and the water spray frequency based on the paper machine speed and the degree of fabric soiling, achieving efficient and water-saving cleaning.
