This D-type hydrapulper features a unique D-shaped tank structure, suitable for intermittent or continuous pulping of OCC waste paper, commercial waste paperboard, damaged paper, and various other types of waste paper. The off-center Vokes rotor of this D-type hydrapulper allows for faster and more frequent contact between the pulp and the rotor, significantly reducing the time from feeding to completion of pulping.

The D-type hydrapulper can be equipped with permanent magnet direct drive technology, which can significantly improve the automation level and production efficiency of the production line, reduce transmission losses, and lower power consumption per ton of pulp.
