Paper Pulping Process Bale Breaker

This bale breaker employs pre-treatment dry screening technology, pre-treating waste paper before it enters the pulper. The bale breaker can evenly break up tightly packed bundles of waste paper into sheets, while simultaneously separating and removing light and heavy impurities from the waste paper in a dry state. The use of this bale breaker reduces the total amount of impurities entering the pulper, lightens the load on downstream screening and deslagging equipment, and improves the efficiency of subsequent equipment.

The bale breaker is equipped with a spray pre-impregnation device at the end, which allows the waste paper to be evenly sprayed with water during the unpacking process, ensuring that the water and waste paper fibers are fully in contact, soaked, and swollen. The use of this bale breaker can significantly reduce the disintegration time of waste paper after it enters the rotary drum pulper, improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption in the pulping section, and achieve integrated and efficient operation of “unpacking as pretreatment”.
