Pulp Making Technology Machine Heavy Impurity Cleaner

In the pulp and paper industry, heavy impurity cleaners are specifically designed to remove impurities with a density greater than that of fibers. Typically, high-density media (such as water) are used as carriers to achieve optimal separation efficiency by adjusting inlet pressure and concentration parameters.

Specifically, when the pulp enters the conical body of the slag remover tangentially from the feed port at a certain pressure, a high-speed rotating vortex is formed. During this process, impurities with a density greater than that of fibers (such as sand particles, metal shavings, glass, etc.) are thrown towards the wall of the reactor under centrifugal force and move downwards along the inner wall of the conical body, ultimately being discharged from the slag discharge outlet. The purified pulp forms an internal vortex and is discharged from the top pulp outlet.
