This double disc refiner features a single-inlet, double-outlet design, allowing the refined pulp to be discharged from the machine through two separate outlet pipes. This ensures uniform wear of the grinding discs in both grinding zones, resulting in consistent pulping improvement; it also reduces wear on the edges of the grinding discs, significantly extending their lifespan. The double disc refiner is equipped with an automatic disc advance and retraction device, improving pulping efficiency and reducing operating and labor costs.

The double disc refiner employs a constant power control system, ensuring stable pulping results. The parts in contact with the pulp are made of 304 stainless steel, and the shaft is made of duplex stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance. This double disc refiner features an openable cover design for easy disassembly of the grinding discs.
