Waste Paper Pulping Line Drum Pulper Available

This drum pulper features an inclined drum design; inside the drum, waste paper is repeatedly lifted and dropped by lifting flights, achieving defibering through inter-fiber friction and mechanical impact, thereby maximizing the preservation of the fibers’ original length and strength characteristics. The drum pulper is also equipped with an internal forced-defibering mechanism and a triangular conical breaking post; these components not only enhance the defibering capacity for waste paper feedstock but also forcibly separate fibers adhering to impurities, thereby reducing fiber loss.

This drum pulper enables continuous pulping at high consistencies ranging from 4% to 18%, significantly reducing water usage and thereby lowering both water consumption and the energy required for subsequent thickening. By integrating high-consistency pulping with coarse screening, the drum pulper substantially reduces the load and wear on downstream screening stages, simultaneously extending the service life and improving the operational efficiency of the screening equipment.
