This 200TPD recycled paper-based linerboard machine supports an exceptionally wide basis weight range of 70–220 g/m² and delivers a robust daily output of 202 tons (based on a reference basis weight of 160 g/m² and a machine speed of 300 m/min), effectively meeting the large-scale production requirements of medium-to-large paper mills. With a configuration featuring a 3260 mm reel width, a 3700 mm wire width, and a 3550 mm headbox slice width, the 200TPD recycled paper-based linerboard machine ensures the efficient production of large-format paper rolls, thereby minimizing losses during subsequent slitting processes.

In the forming part of this 200TPD recycled paper-based linerboard machine, the dewatering elements—including the forming board, dewatering blades, low-vacuum boxes, and high-vacuum boxes—are all equipped with domestically produced, full-ceramic (99% aluminum oxide) components. These are mounted on fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) bases, while the boxes themselves are constructed from welded stainless steel that has undergone specialized heat treatment.
