This 6600mm large scale corrugated paper machine supports a broad basis weight range of 90–150 g/m² and utilizes a dual-ply wire structure with separate sizing for the top and bottom plies—featuring a top ply basis weight of 25–35 g/m² and a bottom ply basis weight of 65–115 g/m²—while using 100% domestic recovered paper as raw material. The 6600mm large scale corrugated paper machine employs a double-layer layout with a floor elevation of 7.5 meters; this design effectively reduces the length of the factory building and saves on civil engineering costs, while simultaneously providing ample space for the operation and maintenance of the massive equipment.
