Essential Paper Mill High Density Cleaner
This high density cleaner can operate at a relatively high pulp consistency of 2% to 5%. The pulp, after exiting the hydrapulper, can directly enter the high density cleaner for purification without extensive dilution, significantly saving water consumption and subsequent thickening energy. This high density cleaner employs a specially designed long cone with a small cone angle, which prolongs the residence time of impurities within the high density cleaner and improves separation accuracy. In the pulping process, this high density cleaner is typically placed after the hydrapulper and before the pressure screen, allowing heavy impurities to be quickly removed before fine crushing. This effectively reduces the burden on subsequent screening, dewatering, and grinding equipment and provides protection. Equipped with a PLC automatic control cabinet, this high density cleaner allows for flexible switching of the discharge mode and precise control of the discharge frequency and volume, reducing manual operation and ensuring the stability of the desisting effect.
